Shipping Policy:

Lead time is 5-6 days, including processing and shipping time

All issues with orders must be reported within 7 days from receipt. No shipping related damage returns can be authorized after this period.

Return and Refund Policy:

We have a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot extend a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, a picture of your item needs to be sent in the damaged box or in its condition in the box.

Once we review the pictures, if approved, your refund will be processed or your replacement will be sent. You will receive an email asking which you prefer.
